1. Free Touch-Ups within 90 Days:

   We offer free touch-up services for all tattoos within 90 days of the initial tattoo session. We will assess the tattoo and make necessary adjustments to ensure its quality, vibrancy, and longevity. These touch-ups are complementary as part of our commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Hand and foot tattoos excluded.

2. Hand and Foot Tattoos:

   Due to the nature of hand and foot tattoos and their exposure to frequent movement and friction, they may require additional touch-ups beyond the normal healing process. Therefore, touch-ups for hand and foot tattoos will be subject to charges. We will provide an estimate for the cost of touch-ups specific to hand and foot tattoos, based on the size, intricacy, and condition of the tattoo.

3. We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds for tattoo services, including touch-ups. Once a service has been rendered, it is considered final.

4. Client Responsibilities:

   To ensure the success of the touch-up process, we kindly request that clients adhere to the following responsibilities:

   a. Follow our aftercare instructions diligently to promote proper healing and minimize the need for touch-ups.

   b. Notify us promptly if you notice any issues or concerns with your tattoo during the healing period or within the 90-day touch-up window.

   c. Attend your touch-up appointment at the scheduled time. In case of any changes, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Our touch-up policy reflects our commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our tattoos.
